Can the LYSAGHT SupaZed® profile be lapped with the traditional LYSAGHT® Zed profile?
No.The flange dimensions and flange shape do not allow these profiles to lap with each other. Thus in projects where there is to be an extension from an existing building there will need to be some attention to detailing to allow the connection to be made. This will be as simple as some notching of lips of the new purlins to be installed.
