Cost effective roof structures for multiple use buildings in a prison environment.

A design and construction package to supply an engineered steel roof truss configuration.

• Liaison with Multiplex to establish package parameters
• Use of LYSAGHT SUPRATRUSS® system supported by LYSAGHT SUPRACADD® detailing software
• Liaison with air conditioning and other trades to create roof space areas for ducting, plant and services
• Final design optimised by application of extensive framing experience
• Coordination of multiple fabricators and carpenters to assemble and install the complete truss system
• Management of materials shipment to correctional complex secure area
• On site fabrication of completed trusses and staged installation
• Total number of trusses: 315
• Completed roof structure engineered for strength, with no risk of adding fuel to any fire
