LYSAGHT® has produced a clip which allows LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK 700 HI-STRENGTH® to be removed without damage. The clip also makes the sheets easier to install.
LYSAGHT FLATDEK® is screw fixed in the pans as a screw through the ribs will damage the rib at the sides and result in holes for water to enter.
Because LYSAGHT FLATDEK® is pan fixed it is recommended that it be used in open sided awnings where a high degree of weather tightness is not required.
It is necessary for every rib of LYSAGHT TRIMDEK® to be screw fastened to the support.
The LYSAGHT® mobile rollformer arrives on site staffed to suit the particular requirements of the job as they were identified by an initial site visit.

Due to the capability of rolling directly to roof, taking into consideration the environment and layout of the site, we are confident we can roll any length you require.
As most job sites stop work due to bad weather, we would abide by this rule.
By involving us early in the design process we can schedule our mobile rollformer to meet your requirements.
While the mobile machine is focused on the production of lengths that are beyond the capability of our numerous stationery rollformers, shorter lengths for sites are also available in conjunction with longer lengths.
Yes, this varies with each job's specifics, however we're confident that when you weigh against potential cost savings in other areas you'll appreciate the advantages.
We have a spreader bar that extends up to 72 metres. Lengths above this will require rolling to roof.
We carry out site inspections for most jobs, but there must be firm level ground and a minimum length of whatever sheet size you require plus 25 metres for the unit and its prime mover. You also need to allow for an adjacent storage area 7 metres wide by the length of your required sheets when the cladding is rollformed to the ground.
Deal through your normal Lysaght sales channel and we'll take it from there.
In most cases none! We will provide all labour required to produce the KLIP-LOK 700 HI-STRENGTH® sheets. A team of installers are required to apply the roof sheeting. Talk to your Lysaght representative for project specific cases.
